Edible Image® decorations are flat-printed edible food decorations consisting primarily of starches and sugars in the edible base. Designs are preprinted with edible food colors, which are specially designed to retain color clarity and resist color bleeding, even on high moisture applications. Edible Image® decorations are applied directly to cakes, cookies and other food items. They can also be placed on frozen products, such as ice cream cakes. When placed on product, the Edible Image® decoration absorbs moisture from the food product and becomes soft, blending in with the product.
