Do You Allow Pick Ups?
We are an online store only with no shop front therefore we do not allow pick ups. We are happy to express post items if your order is urgent.
How do I arrange Express Post?
If you would like express post, place your order online (choose the 'Registered Post' option) and once your order is placed send us an email quoting your order number and request express post. Please note that extra charges apply for this service. Our email address is sales@sugarcraftbyrosie.com.au
What are the toppers made of?
We have 2 main types of toppers, royal icing and molded sugar toppers.
Obviously the royal icing toppers are made from just that - royal icing! Please note that royal icing contains egg whites.
Our molded sugar toppers are made from a range of ingredients and also contain egg whites and colourings.
Why is postage $12.95?
We charge the postage fee based on postage stamp and registered post cost as well as additional costs for the use of posting materials such as boxes/fragile tape/foam as well as brand new cotton wadding material we use to ensure your toppers do not break in transit which is purchased by us brand new. We do not use second hand or re-used cotton wadding as we are sending you edible items therefore it must be brand new.
From time to time the postage cost is more than $12.95 if you are purchasing bulky or heavy items such as some of our cupcake stands, cake boxes etc. If this is the case we will always notify you first and only proceed if you agree to the extra charges.
Do you sell wholesale?
We offer only selected toppers wholesale (everything else on the site is retail only). We only sell wholesale to registered businesses who can provide an ABN number as well as a Certificate of Business Registration to us and the business must be in a related field such as cake decorating, baking etc. To apply for wholesale access, please email us your ABN & Certificate of Business Registration to sales@sugarcraftbyrosie.com.au and we will provide you with a pricelist and the password to access this page (the wholesale access page can be found on the right hand side menu on the home page). There is no minimum purchase however the wholesale toppers are sold in box quantities only. Below are some of the toppers we offer at wholesale prices.
 
 
How long does delivery take?
This all depends on where you are located and if the items you have ordered are in stock.
If your ordered items are in stock (all edible toppers are usually in stock) we will generally send these out within 48 hours of receipt of your order. All orders are sent by Australia Post Registered Post so that your parcel can be tracked once it has been sent.
If you require your order urgently we are happy to Express Post your order at an additional cost. Please email or call to request express post if required. Please note you need to allow at least 2 days for express post to reach you, as not all areas fall within the Express Post delivery area for next day delivery.
If your ordered items are not in stock (this usually applies to some stands and cake tins) we generally order them in for you the same day your order is received.. we are at the mercy of suppliers so time taken to get your items in depends on them. Usually takes up to 5 working days. Please call for any enquiries concerning stock availability.
Do you custom make edible toppers on request?
Unfortunately we dont custom make toppers. All of the toppers available are listed on this website.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
We ship some of our items internationally, please email us if you are interested in ordering. We need to know the items you would like and quantities. Please note that we ONLY accept PayPal payments from international buyers (no exceptions). We will send a PayPal invoice once the order is made.
