Return Policy

 

We stand by our products 100%. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase you may return the item back to us (at your own cost) and we will gladly issue a refund or exchange (not including shipping) under the following conditions:

You must contact us prior to returning any merchandise;

The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of being received;

The item(s) must be as new, unopened, unused and in their original packaging as received 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns for edible items by law, however, should you receive any damaged or broken toppers, we will be happy to refund you for the damaged ones (not including shipping) or replace them (if time permits). In order for this to occur you must return the broken ones at your cost and contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.

It is advisable to order a few extra toppers to allow for accidental breakages just in case, however, this being said, we have had very few breakages occur due to our high quality packaging.

Should your items be lost in transit will do our best to ensure you have all the information necessary to make a claim against the carrier, as our items are sent via Registered Post they are covered up to $100 by Australia Post, a Customer Complaint Form must be obtained from them in order to lodge a claim. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from delivery.

NOTE: Colours vary slightly due to the manufacturing process of each product. Products seen online do not always represent an identical colour match. Colour reproduction is limited beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
