Our fragile cake toppers are handmade and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each item is inspected and packed with utmost care before dispatch.
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, we unfortunately have no control over how it is handled during transit. For this reason, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for items that become damaged in the postal process.
In the rare event that your topper arrives broken, most minor damages can be easily repaired at home using a small amount of royal icing or sugar glue. Simply dab a little on the broken area, press gently together, and allow it to dry overnight.
We appreciate your understanding that these delicate items are crafted and shipped with great care, but occasional breakages can occur despite best efforts.
