Please email us within 24 – 48 hours of receiving your parcel if the item is damaged so we can organise a replacement for you. Please send clear images of the damage to

PLEASE NOTE: WE ALSO DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OF ANY EDIBLE ITEMS, but will replace any damaged items when clear images are emailed to us. Non edible items may be returned if faulty, we do not accept change of mind returns. Please email us prior to returning any items.

Return shipping costs (non edible items only) will be covered by the customer. We DO NOT provide return labels. The return address is located on the parcel label we sent you. Allow 2-3 business days for returns to be processed once received
